This office-based sales advisor role involves assisting customers and partner networks with SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility assessments. The advisor will present proposals, discuss pricing, project timelines, and recommend home energy upgrades focusing on value and ROI. Collaboration with analytics, design, and documentation teams is essential for planning and managing upgrades. Knowledge of Building Energy Ratings (BER) and SEAI grant schemes is preferred; comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves advising homeowners on schemes like the One Stop Shop, Community Energy Grants, Better Energy Homes, and others, based on information from sales administration teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident, personable, and has sales experience.

Established in 2001, Ashgrove Renewables is a well-established renewable energy company. Since launching our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021, we have delivered over 15% of SEAI’s One Stop Shop and CEG projects in 2024, including shallow and deep retrofit projects, with increased targets for 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound leads, events, and referrals.

Requirements:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in energy, home improvement, or related industry.
* Understanding of energy efficiency products (solar, insulation, heat pumps) or willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts simply and convincingly.
* Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools to manage leads and sales activities.
