We are looking for a motivated Graduate Health & Safety Officer to support our H&S team across multiple sites in Swinford, Co. Mayo.Responsibilities:Assist with conducting site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessmentsSupport the development, maintenance, and updating of Health & Safety documentationHelp monitor compliance with company safety policies, industry standards, and legal requirementsParticipate in incident and near-miss investigations and contribute to follow-up reportingProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Health & Safety departmentAssist with organising safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness initiativesRequirements:Degree or diploma in Health & Safety or a related fieldStrong communication, reporting, and organisational skillsEnthusiastic and willing to gain hands-on experience in H&S operationsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamKnowledge of relevant legislation is beneficial, but full training will be providedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
