to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests — setting the tone for their entire stay.
Our hotel features 287 bedrooms, 30 self-catering apartments, nightly live entertainment, extensive leisure facilities, bars, restaurants, and conferencing and banqueting spaces. Our diverse guests include families, business visitors, tour groups, and those attending events at the Gleneagle Arena or Gleneagle Club.
About The Role
The Role
* Manage smooth guest check-ins and check-outs with a warm, authentic, and knowledgeable approach.
* Handle all guest queries professionally, providing information on in-house facilities, local attractions, and points of interest.
* Ensure accurate guest billing and accounts, presenting them clearly at departure.
* Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to provide seamless guest service.
* Follow all departmental operational procedures and standards.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous reception experience in a 3*, 4*, or 5* hotel.
* Warm, positive personality with a genuine passion for guest care.
* Strong team player who can also work independently and use initiative when required.
* Great attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service.
