Job Description:
As Duty Manager, you will lead by example and uphold high standards expected in the property. Working alongside Operations Management and all Heads of Department, you will operate on a shift basis, covering various patterns including early mornings and late nights.
The role involves working on weekends and across different hotel departments, with the Duty Manager being a key contact at the hotel to ensure all service areas are facilitated and operate to very high standards.
Responsibilities:

* Oversee compliance and security of the building in conjunction with Operations and General Manager
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in 4-star hotel operations, preferably with experience in Food & Beverage management or as an Assistant Manager in a busy hotel department.
A friendly and approachable personality is essential, along with excellent guest service skills, fluent English, and a high standard of personal presentation.
