Job Summary:

Job Objectives
* To provide care to people who avail of our service, focusing on supporting them in their daily lives;
* To develop and upskill staff members in providing high-quality care, maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues and clients;
* To support individuals in reaching their full potential through meaningful life experiences, education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes;
* To assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning laundry appointments family visits etc.;
The role requires familiarity with Company policies procedures standards regulations codes of practice so far as is reasonable practicable. Shift work may be required over 24 hours a day seven days a week.
