The role offers a unique opportunity to manage project costs, contracts, and commercial reporting while ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
A successful candidate will have experience in managing project budgets and commercial reporting for civil infrastructure projects. They should be able to administer contracts, valuations, and payments; prepare progress reports; identify financial risks; and implement mitigation strategies. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software,and document management systems would be highly beneficial
