Operated by the established restaurant team behind Peploes, this venue will bring exceptional food and service to a vibrant and busy suburb on the south side of the city.
The Role As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force of the front of house, leading from the floor with charisma, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.
You will: Take a hands-on role in building and developing the FOH team from the ground up.
Ensure service excellence through impeccable customer care and a deep understanding of the art of hospitality.
Oversee daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of mise en place and service flow.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and ownership team to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
Represent the restaurant with energy, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
About You Minimum 10 years of experience in senior hospitality leadership.
A true virtuoso of front of house, with proven ability to inspire, train, and guide a high-performing team.
Passionate about customer service and capable of creating memorable dining experiences.
International experience is an advantage, as is a deep understanding of wine.
Ambitious, organised, and adaptable, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
