About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to take a leading role in delivering high-quality, family-centred physiotherapy services to children and young people with developmental needs. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessments, interventions, and support to help children achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments of gross motor skills and physical development.
* Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and team members.
* Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff and students.
* Participate in interdisciplinary planning and team assessments.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the organisation.
Requirements:
* A recognized degree in Physiotherapy.
* CORU registration or eligibility to register.
* A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or disability.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
