Campaigns Content Manager Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18 (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

About the Client Our client, a well-established professional educational body based in Sandyford, D18, is seeking to recruit a Campaigns Content Manager.
This is a key mid-level role within a dynamic marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Marketing Manager.
This role offers excellent flexibility, a supportive team culture, and the opportunity to lead high-impact digital engagement campaigns across platforms including social media, email marketing, multimedia content, webinars, podcasts, and more.
About the Role This is a hands-on, strategic position suited to a digitally capable and experienced marketer.
You'll manage end-to-end campaigns and lead the digital engagement strategy targeting both individual professionals and corporate audiences.
You'll support a wide range of offerings including professional development programmes, events, customised training, and more.
Key Responsibilities Email MarketingDevelop and implement targeted email strategies, including segmentation, personalisation, automation, and performance analysis.CRM & Data ManagementWork extensively with CRM platforms (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) to support data-driven marketing activity.Social Media ManagementLead and grow the organisation's social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, with additional engagement across Instagram and Facebook.Webinars & PodcastsManage the full lifecycle of webinars and podcasts—from planning, promotion, and logistics to editing, publishing, and follow-up engagement.Video Content ProductionScript and direct compelling video content for marketing campaigns and testimonials.
Filming and editing skills are a bonus.Campaign Planning & ExecutionDesign and manage marketing campaigns aligned to product launches and strategic business goals.Digital Tools & PlatformsLeverage CRM, CMS, scheduling software, and AI tools to streamline delivery and enhance marketing performance.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with internal stakeholders including programme, sales, and external contributors to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful.Requirements 3–5 years' experience in a digital or campaign marketing roleAdvanced proficiency with email marketing tools and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)Experience using CMS platforms (e.g.
WordPress)Strong strategic and hands-on experience with social media, especially LinkedInDemonstrated experience in managing webinars and podcastsMultimedia content development, including scripting (filming/editing a plus)Excellent communication and project coordination skillsStrong digital literacy and comfort using a range of marketing technologiesGet in Touch!
