The Role This is a senior-level support position requiring a "hands-on" approach. You will be responsible for complex issue diagnosis, working alongside super users and warehouse staff to ensure system stability. Beyond standard ticketing (Level 1/2/3), you will drive enhancements, handle deep-dive technical troubleshooting (Idocs/qRFC), and support the integration of EWM with Manufacturing, TM, and QM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Troubleshooting: Lead complex issue diagnosis and "deep dive" into system errors alongside super users.
Operational Support: Provide Level 1/2/3 support and work onsite to assist warehouse staff with daily operational challenges.
Technical Maintenance: Diagnosis and resolution of Idoc and qRFC issues.
Enhancements: Support the design, testing, and implementation of functional system improvements.
Cross-Module Integration: Oversee and troubleshoot integrations with Manufacturing, QM, TM, and ATTP.
Coaching: Provide informal staff training and upskilling to improve internal system knowledge.
Governance: Participate in deviation meetings and support the execution of corrective actions.
Requirements
10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in EWM (Deployment or Support).
Deep functional knowledge in Picking Optimization, Labor Management, VAS, and Kitting.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and template rollouts.
Strong expertise in Warehouse Reporting and Analysis.
Technical proficiency in debugging and qRFC/Idoc management.
Excellent communication skills for training staff and managing deviation meetings.
