Automation Developer Role
We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using various tools and technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Python, and other relevant technologies.
* Collaborating with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications for automation projects.
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation, workflows, and diagrams for automation solutions.
* Providing support and troubleshooting for existing automation solutions and ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
* Researching and evaluating new automation technologies and best practices and providing recommendations for improvement.
* Training and mentoring other automation developers and users on automation tools and techniques.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
* 5+ years of experience in coding, finance, supply chain, technology consulting, or a business analyst type role.
* Strong grasp of technologies such as Automation Anywhere, Python, and the Office 365 technology stack.
* Ability to diagnose problems and identify steps to resolution.
* Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, managing multiple deliverables, prioritizing, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
