Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance driven individual with a proven track record, a self-starter who thrives in competitive environments. This role requires the individual to build, influence, and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders to generate referrals and convert them into meetings.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide expert advice to customers on a broad range of financial needs, particularly in the areas of Protection, Investment, Savings and Pensions.
2. Work closely with regional and local management teams to support and drive the achievement of business goals.
3. Deal with the mass market customer segment to grow and retain assets under management, while generating wealth income through exceptional advice and customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification
* Preferably, experience as a Financial Advisor with a proven track record in client relationship-building and referrals
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
