The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day accommodation and housekeeping operations efficiently.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Accommodation Manager is required.
* Proven management skills with oversight of inventory management, purchasing, and cost control for linen, cleaning supplies, guest rooms, and rest room supplies.
* Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures in Housekeeping Department.
* Quality assurance across all rooms, public spaces, and meeting rooms.
* Effective waste reduction strategies within the department.
* Providing high standards of service and attention to detail within the department.
* Staff training and induction in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Computer literacy and experience with purchasing systems.
* Flexible working hours including early mornings and weekends.
