What You'll Be Responsible For
* Providing neat, well-executed manicures, pedicures, and gel polish applications
* Confidently applying BIAB treatments with smooth finish and structure
* Performing good nail prep, basic cuticle work, and shaping
* Keeping your station clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times
* Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for each client
* Showing curiosity and commitment to learning new techniques and staying current with nail trends
What We're Looking For
* Proven ability to perform BIAB and gel polish applications to a high standard
* Hands-on experience with basic gel/acrylic extensions
* Basic understanding or training in E-file techniques (certification is a plus)
* Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and open to feedback and development
* Client-focused communication and professionalism
* Team-player attitude and a willingness to support others in a busy salon setting
