During the 6-month period, participants are supported to deliver impactful work on client and internal projects and gain experience within the Irish market. You will also partake in coaching to explore career growth areas and join our community to build a network.
This 6-month work placement programme will begin with Deloitte Ireland in Dublin from September 2025. Successful candidates will be paid for duration of the internship.

Amongst a variety of exciting career opportunities currently available within our SAP practice, we are seeking to hire experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance professionals to join our SAP team in Ireland. As an SAP advisor in Deloitte, you are a key member of our Consulting team where you will have the opportunity to work with global and local clients across several industries playing. You will make an impact that matters in your role designing and building innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs while working within a global collaborative network of highly experienced consulting teams. This is a challenging and fulfilling role with the potential to further develop your range of consulting and SAP S/4HANA skills.
What you will be doing:
* Design and implement end-to-end Finance processes for SAP Finance on various SAP S/4HANA implementations (Brownfield+, Greenfield, on-premises, private/public cloud).
* Recommend best practice solutions for clients' business requirements.
* Key role in project lifecycle phases from strategy to solution implementation.
* Stay updated on advancements in SAP module functionality and related applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery and build client relationships.
* Support SAP practice development through internal activities and client events.
What we're looking for:
* Third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline is advantageous.
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong academic record is desirable.
* Relevant experience in SAP Finance module design, configuration, and development.
* S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience is highly desirable.
* Experience in SAP Finance areas like Management Accounting, Project Systems, Group Reporting, FSCM, PaPM, RAR/EBRR, or FP&A in SAC is advantageous.
* Knowledge of SAP eco-system and integration areas of Finance with other modules.
* Experience in process modelling and problem-solving client requirements.

What we're looking for:

* Experience in Oracle applications across Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and/or HCM.
* Experience in process modelling and problem-solving client requirements.
