Job Title: Office Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to senior leadership in a high-level executive office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage sensitive information with discretion, and possess strong organizational abilities.
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the executive team.
* Schedule internal and external meetings.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-ups.
* Liaise with departments and external stakeholders.
* Manage complaints and Parliamentary Questions with sensitivity.
* Handle office purchasing and payment processes using a secure system.
This is a part-time morning schedule position offering flexibility and work-life balance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5 years' experience in an administrative or clerical role.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
* A keen eye for detail and ability to handle confidential information.
