This In Store Experience Lead role sits within our Group Retail Operations division. The role will be responsible for the effective management and execution of projects and initiatives that will enhance the in-store experience for both our colleagues and customers across the businesses, whilst supporting the wider department in delivering our strategic goals to create maximum joy at minimum cost.

What You’ll Do
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
* Lead multiple projects or initiatives in parallel and manage key stakeholders and other departments with a focus to deliver results at pace.
* Develop a strong understanding of our existing system and operating model that affect retail.
* Work with internal and external teams to identify new opportunities for development that fit Retail needs and challenge existing ways of working.
* Focus on driving improved store efficiency, enhance the customer experience or drive like for like sales.
* Work with and challenge other functions on their assumptions to help deliver solutions for their current and future needs.
* Collaborate in a team, ensuring that the objectives of all components are aligned and that the delivered solution works as an end-to-end process.
* Collaborate and support the wider Group Operations teams to meet the department strategic goals, including supporting on other projects not led by you.
What You’ll Bring

* An in-depth knowledge of our operating model and ways of working in stores.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate into operational requirements.
* Ability to work alongside management at all levels within Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
* Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales while remaining agile.
* Strong communications skills (written and verbal) – able to communicate at all levels within Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
* Ability to work flexible hours to support the business and the Retail Operations team.
