We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with strong commercial skills and experience in quantity surveying. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting, and developing effective relationships between commercial and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Management: Ensure robust and timely cost reporting at project and business unit levels, including forecasting and analysis of expenditure.
* Commercial Support: Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams, facilitating effective interaction between commercial and site teams.
* Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate cost and value reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in quantity surveying, a relevant qualification (e.g. HND or degree), and extensive experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors.
