The ideal candidate will take a leading role in defining and deploying processes and methodologies in Digital IP Design. They will contribute substantially to the IP strategy, work on infrastructure, methodology, and automation for IP Concept, Design, and Verification, facilitate innovation, observe trends, and proactively act upon them.

Responsibilities:

* Develop complex digital designs targeting high speed and/or low power, and have an in-depth understanding of the SoC implementation flow.
* Solve critical problems with high complexity by involving expert networks, and exploit deviations to support continuous improvement.
* Work collaboratively with a team of experts to drive innovation, strategy, and growth in Digital Design.

Requirements:

* A University Degree within STEM (Science, Technologies, Engineering, and Mathematics) area.
* At least 15 years of relevant Digital Design experience from Digital IP design.
* An expert understanding of Digital Design Methodologies and flows.
* Proven ability to use time productively and efficiently when faced with multiple tasks and priorities.
