As a Supervising Pharmacist, you will ensure safe and compliant operations aligned with PSI standards, and create a culture of continuous professional development and excellence in customer care.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Ensure strict adherence to all PSI and HSE standards and protocols and operate as per the Code of Conduct outlined by PSI
* Supervise and mentor the pharmacy team, supporting professional development
* Deliver exceptional patient care, including consultations and medication reviews
* Ensure full compliance and execution of all established standard operation procedures
* Collaborate with Duty Managers and Operations Manager to drive performance and efficiency
* Manage audits, risk assessments, and safety standards
* Build and nurture relationships within the team and the wider community
* Lead by example, setting professional and ethical standards

What We're Looking For:
* Registered Pharmacist with the PSI in good standing
* Previous experience in a Supervising or Managing Pharmacist role desirable
* Strong knowledge of PSI, HSE, and Irish pharmacy regulations
* A true team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
* Committed to continuous professional development and operational excellence
* Passionate about patient care, compliance, and community health
