We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our Reliability Solutions and Machinery Health Management portfolio across Ireland. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering measurable reliability outcomes for customers in various sectors.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in proactive business development within the process automation industry. They will possess excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
* Actively promote and sell Reliability Solutions and MHM offerings.
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets through proactive territory management.
* Develop a focused sales strategy to expand adoption of Emerson's MHM solutions.
* Drive a fast-paced sales cycle from prospecting to order placement while maintaining disciplined opportunity management.
* Builtd trusted relationships with plant reliability leaders to position Emerson as their long-term partner.
