We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Charities sectors.The Role:An exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and ambitious team within the Dublin officeWe are looking for an ambitious associate solicitor, ideally with a background in sensitive and complex litigation and investigations, to join our collegiate and supportive team, which is highly ranked in legal directories. Assisting a partner and a senior associate on a varied caseload, many of your clients will be charitable organizations, and there is scope for exposure to advisory work, particularly in respect of data protection issues and media interest. You will have significant contact with these clients, together with counsel, the courts and other parties. In addition, you will advise these clients on a wide variety of issues, including restorative justice processes and mediation, investigations and inquiries, information law (including confidentiality, privilege and data protection law), vetting legislation and related matters. Offering genuine career progression opportunity, this role suits commercially focused associate solicitors, who will relish the benefits of working alongside and learning from an experienced team.Candidate Requirements:1 - 5 years PQE, ideally with experience in some of the above practice areas, with a good knowledge of litigation procedures and practices.
