Job Description
To provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers through the accurate allocation and efficient sales and dispatch of Parts stock.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Front counter parts sales
2. Outbound calls sales
3. Daily stock ordering
4. Receipting of parts
5. Picking and packing of customer orders
6. Invoicing of parts for front & back counter
7. Delivering professional and efficient customer service at all times
8. Cover parts back counter & warehouse related duties as and when required
9. Maintain high standards of general housekeeping
10. Adhere to correct working procedures, highlighting any errors or safety issues promptly to management
11. Participate in training and development programmes as required by the Company
12. Undertake any other duties or activities as required
Skills Profile:
13. Previous relevant commercial/selling experience
14. Technical knowledge of Trucks, and Buses, and their various components
15. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under challenging time constraints
16. Excellent customer service skills
17. Excellent communication skills
18. Excellent interpersonal skills
19. Flexible approach to work tasks
20. Strong IT & systems skills essential

Salary: €40k+ D.O.E
Bonus: Commission based on Sales
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm / 5pm finish Fridays
Saturdays: 1 in 3 to be worked 8am-12midday
