Quantity Surveyor required to join a top Build Contractor in Sligo. This client has a large pipeline of work in including Commercial projects, Residential and Schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their career within the construction industry in an exciting, growing firm. Role: These include but are not limited to: Procurement, appointment and management subcontractors & suppliers through to final account Produce accurate progress accounts Preparation and assessment of interim and final valuations for progress payments Monitor and report on project costs Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and cost overruns Assist the pre-construction team in the delivery of tenders Stay updated on industry innovations, regulations etc Requirements: Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 5 years relevant Irish experience ideally with a main contractor Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
