Health & Safety Advisor Carlow €40-50k
INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor for our client based in Carlow who can contribute to the Health & Safety coordination across their organisation.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a similar capacity within a construction environment and the role would suit an individual that is keen to progress in their career.
This role will be primarily based in the Carlow office with site visits once or twice a week, so a driving license is essential.
Health & Safety Officer Responsibilities:
* Carry out site visits and inspections
* Keep updated with current policies and procedures
* Communicate with Senior Management and Site teams on Health and Safety requirements
* Implement Method Statements and assessments
* Provide information to support pre-qualification requirements
Candidate Specification:
* 2 years of Health & Safety experience within the construction sector
* H&S Accreditation
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with a diverse group of stakeholders
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
* Full Driving License
