Experience
Degree in Engineering or trades qualification with experience in a process industry (food/ pharmaceutical/ medical devices desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
Strong people management skills.
Ability to apply engineering principles in practical application.
Strong business knowledge and ability to interface with manufacturing organization
