This role involves assisting in the development of innovative BIM processes. The Graduate BIM Specialist will also contribute to our BIM development roadmap, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of BIM technology and practices.Responsibilities of the Graduate BIM SpecialistIn this role, you will be working on the following tasks:BIM Development & StandardsAssist the BIM Manager in developing, implementing, and enforcing BIM standards across the company.Monitor the rollout of BIM protocols, including BIM Stage 2 certification, ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards.Support the design team in BIM project setup and provide technical assistance on BIM-related issues.Project InvolvementAttend project kick-off meetings to outline BIM requirements, naming conventions, and workflows to project teams.Contribute to the development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and review client BEPs for tender submissions.Provide input regarding resource requirements and ensure BIM standards are followed on live projects.Participate in weekly and monthly reviews with teams to assess BIM progress and compliance.BIM InnovationExplore new BIM tools, add-ons, and processes.
