An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Service Advisor. The primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients and provide a superior level of client service supporting the business in achieving their objectives. Our objectives are expressed in terms of Client, Financials, People, and Operational Excellence.
The Role
Main responsibilities include:
1. Perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients, dealing with renewals, claims, and all mid-term alterations and queries.
2. Achieve the best client service in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring all client deadlines are met.
3. Develop an understanding of each client's business and culture.
4. Support and identify opportunities to enable growth of existing client accounts.
5. Foster beneficial relationships with insurers.
6. Follow company procedures for renewals and new business.
7. Maintain company and regulatory standards, including compliance.
8. Participate in project work.
9. Provide technical support to colleagues and assist in resolving client problems.
10. Build relationships and provide support to different teams across local and offshore business.
11. Act as an ambassador for WTW’s purpose, values, and culture, and appreciate WTW's clients' business.
