The Expertise You Have
* Bachelor's degree in business/finance or Related Field required
* 1-2 years' experience working in a Mutual Fund Operations, Business Analysis, and/or Data Analyst role within a Financial Services Company
* Timely response for the set-up and maintenance requests from customers
* Experience in varied projects/initiatives from straight forward to complex
* Respond to research requests requiring assistance and problem resolution
* Assist in the documentation, response, and management of client requests for new data
* Define and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing
* Recommend process enhancements for the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all activities including: data loading, quality checks, and reporting
* Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality issues. When needed, work with business partners and systems partners to resolve.
* Ensuring work is completed within SLA and working on identifying possible causes of missed SLAs
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Your ability to think analytically and deliver solutions to complex challenges and recognize when escalation is required

* Working knowledge of investment securities and Bloomberg an advantage
