Contracts Manager (MEICA) Mayo INFORM3 is currently recruiting for a MEICA Contracts Manager to be responsible for the delivery projects across the North West of Ireland. The successful applicant will be managing and delivering a portfolio of complex MEICA projects, developing and implementing project strategy and delivery programmes, ensuring effective communication and implementation to deliver projects on time, ensuring regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigating corrective actions as required. Responsibilities Plan, implement and oversee the delivery of MEICA projects according to programme, budget and quality expectationsLead the project team with the timely production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements, H&S Site Management and Work Package PlansSupport the Project Delivery Team with information for Construction Phase Plans.Take ownership and responsibility for projects, both financially, progressively and the teams working on themReview of the project scope and be actively involved in the production of presentation documents where requiredContribute to project finance reports, costs and claimsCultivate and maintain safe working practices on siteRequirements: 5+ years of Project/Contracts Management experienceDegree or equivalent Ideally hold a relevant Mechanical / Electrical / Civil engineering qualificationAbility to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and quality on-site.Good engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential.Strong communication skills.Ability to work as part of a large team.Full clean Drivers Licence.For more information, please feel free to contact Steve on 015 314 886.
