We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Manager to join our Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Front of House team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
2. Manage guest queries and provide accurate information about the Resort's facilities and services.
3. Maintain high standards of professionalism and attention to detail in all guest interactions.
4. Support and develop team members, fostering a positive and guest-focused environment.
Candidate Profile:
* Intuitive personality with a warm, engaging demeanor.
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing a front of house team in a 5-star or luxury hotel.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Strong relationship-building abilities.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
* Proficient computer skills; experience with Hotsoft is desirable.
* Full clean driver’s license.
* Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is preferred.
Reporting:
This role reports to the Front of House Manager.
