OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Product & Live Services Core Games Insights team, dedicated to supporting 2K core games, including titles developed by Gearbox, Firaxis, and more. You will help studios and the publishing business optimize gameplay and player engagement by crafting, guiding, implementing, and optimizing an insights roadmap that aligns with our studio's vision and product strategy.What You Will DoLeverage a mixed background of product, business analytics, and product management to deliver against a robust insights roadmap.Develop, test, and articulate opportunities for game feature and economy optimization to drive player acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.Design and implement dashboards and data tools to help designers understand and improve in-game experiences (e.g., gameplay/balance tuning, player segmentation).Partner with and regularly present insights to key strategic partners (e.g., Growth Strategy, Marketing, Product Development).Ensure alignment of goals and outcomes as game development and post-content releases evolve.Liaise with partner Data Engineering and QA teams to define and ensure delivery of high-quality telemetry and self-serve BI tools.Who We Believe Will Be An Outstanding FitStrong technical foundation in data analytics and data visualization.Creative, solution-oriented problem solver; self-starter with the drive to impact and build as needed.Ability to balance technical solutioning with effective stakeholder management and clear communication.Demonstrated experience in data analytics or applied science/research roles.Passion and experience with games developed by Firaxis.Proficient in relational databases and SQL.Proficient in creating rich data visualizations and visual storytelling using platforms such as Tableau.Qualifications & EEOWe provide reasonable accommodations to participate in the job application or interview process, perform essential job functions, and receive other employment benefits.
