What You'll Be Doing
You will lead BIM delivery within the office and contribute to improving best practice across the company, understanding & establishing BIM protocols on projects (e.g. BEP, TIDP)
You will produce high quality drawings and Revit models and be a positive role model and mentor to junior staff
You will manage BIM compliance and be responsible for Quality and Information Management, internally and externally.
What We Need From You
Extensive experience of using Revit, working within a BIM environment and with CDE's
Willingness to balance technical oversight with project delivery, i.e. produce models and drawings
Experience of mentoring junior staff.
Experience of reviewing and commenting on BIM documentation e.g. BEP, EIR
