We are hiring in Ireland for an experienced Dynamics 365 Pre‑Sales and Architecture Consultant to support our growth across Ireland and the wider EMEA region.
This role will suit someone with strong technical understanding of Microsoft's Dynamics eco-system across both 1st party apps and Power Platform solutions, paired with excellent commercial awareness and the ability to communicate value clearly to customers.
This role is open to applicants located in Ireland already holding the necessary working authorisation.

Key Responsibilities Pre‑Sales & Solution Design Lead pre‑sales activity across Dynamics suite of opportunities at TEKenable.
Work with customers to gather requirements through discovery sessions.
Develop high‑level designs and solution roadmaps aligned to best practice.
Deliver tailored demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and presentations.
Support bids, tenders, and RFP/RFI submissions with clear and accurate technical input.
Customer Engagement Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on governance, adoption frameworks, licensing, and implementation pathways.
Translate technical features into clear business value tailored to the Irish market and sector context (public sector, financial services, healthcare, etc.).
Provide assurance around security, compliance, and integration with wider Microsoft technologies.
Internal Collaboration Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape commercial proposals.
Liaise with Delivery teams to support feasibility checks and project scoping.
Share knowledge across the team and contribute to reusable demo assets and pre‑sales collateral.
Support training and mentoring for junior consultants.
Commercial Influence Contribute to our Dynamics go‑to‑market strategy in Ireland.
Help refine pricing structures and estimation models.
Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Desirable Experience with Copilot Studio and AI‑driven automation solutions.
Knowledge of ALM practices, deployment pipelines, and Dev Ops methodologies.
Microsoft certifications such as PL‑300, PL‑400, PL‑600 or similar.
Experience delivering pre‑sales to Irish public‑sector frameworks (e Tenders, OGP, etc.)Desirable Sustainability - Experience the flexibility to work from anywhere in Ireland, avoiding the stress of being stuck in car jams, saving valuable commute time to an office, while actively contributing to a lower carbon footprint and the fight against climate change.
