We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Person in Charge (PIC). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.
* Managing staff teams effectively and providing mentorship and leadership through supervision, appraisals, monthly team meetings
* Caring for Residents with person centered care plans health promotion reviews personal risk assessments
* Maintaining relationships with family friends advocating for access other professional supports when appropriate
* Ensuring compliance HIQA regulations implementing Talbot Group policies procedures supporting best practice disability services
