About the Role We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Guest Relations professional to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for our VIP and repeat guests. This role is responsible for coordinating VIP arrivals, managing guest feedback, and working closely with all hotel departments to ensure every guest visit is memorable, seamless, and exceeds expectations.
