Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of two busy hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic direction across both properties to ensure exceptional service, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
2. Support the Hotel Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager in achieving departmental goals and KPIs.
3. Oversight of front-of-house and back-of-house operations including accommodation, F&B, events, and guest services.
4. Collaboration with senior management on budgets, forecasting, financial reporting.
