About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Strategy Leader to lead our Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy and help shape its delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and delivering the IMC strategy, aligned to business objectives.
* Leading and managing a marketing team, providing guidance and support.
* Driving reputation in the external market through brand and communications activations focused on key service lines and industries.
* Providing expertise on how we go to market and overseeing digital campaigns, content creation, events, creative design, PR, employer brand, and internal communications.
* Managing the firm's brand identity and development, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications channels.
* Driving continuous improvements by analysing campaign performance and market trends to inform data-led decisions.
* Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications.
* Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' experience in marketing or brand roles, preferably in professional services or financial services, with 4 years plus at manager level. They will have proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams, excellent project management and organisational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
