Retail Store Manager Our client, a dynamic and growing retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead their busy store in Naas, Co.
Kildare.

As Store Manager, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Salary is *****K depending on experience.
Key responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Customer Focus: Cultivate a customer-centric culture, ensuring every shopper receives an exceptional experience.
Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Sales & Profitability: Drive sales growth, analyse performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Skills and experience required: 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume retailer.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
