The Role
Due to continued national expansion, we are growing our internal sales team and are currently hiring Solar PV Sales Executives, working within our Solar PV Department.
In this role, you will manage qualified inbound leads, remotely assess customer properties, and guide homeowners through the journey of adopting Solar PV.
Working closely with our sales and operations teams, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners reduce their energy bills and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative, solution-based selling
Support and manage customers through the sales journey from initial inquiry to final decision
Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular feedback and insights to management
Continuously develop product knowledge across the renewable energy industry and other energy efficiency technologies
The Ideal Candidate
A motivated self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude
Strong interest in sustainability and the renewable energy sector
A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Organised and capable of managing a busy sales pipeline
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years' proven sales experience
Experience in technical or construction-related sales is a strong advantage
Knowledge of the Irish energy market is beneficial but not essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of digital tools and CRM systems
