Job Purpose:
As a Kitchen staff at Supermac’s, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring every customer enjoys a great experience. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a friendly, fast-paced team.
What You’ll Do:
* Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, following all regulations.
* Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained, clean, and presentable to staff, customers, and health inspectors.
* Report any damage or wear and tear to your supervisor or manager.
* Support the Chef on duty to help deliver high-quality food and service.
* Complete daily cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are signed off.
* Follow company policies on stock control, waste management, deliveries, and health & safety.
* Show initiative and creativity while helping maintain high standards and quality control.
* Adapt to new procedures and policies introduced by the kitchen manager.
