Financial Operations Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
* Process bi-weekly payroll accurately, including deductions and compliance with relevant legislation.
* Oversee Revenue activities, encompassing RPNs, payroll submissions, ERR, and VAT/PAYE returns.
* Reconcile general ledger transactions, bank accounts, and payroll data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Assist in month-end journals, management accounts, and year-end statutory accounts preparation.
* Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and prepare audit files for compliance purposes.
* Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to guarantee accurate billing and payments processes.
