I'm looking for a Visual Content & Publishing Support team member to help with the ongoing visual needs of my publishing business and monthly subscription boxes.
This role exists because we have recurring, real creative work — including two monthly subscription boxes — and need consistent, reliable visual support without relying on waitlists or one-off commissions.
What you'd be doing
* Creating character art and publishing-related visuals
* Designing monthly subscription box artwork, including:
* 6 stickers per month across two boxes
* Themed visuals tied to each month's concept
* Preparing print-ready files
* Creating promotional graphics for launches and reader engagement
* Maintaining a small internal library of visual assets
* Adapting artwork for different formats (print, social, digital)
What I'm looking for
* Strong illustration and/or graphic design skills
* Comfortable working to briefs and recurring monthly themes
* Reliable with deadlines and ongoing deliverables
* Clear communicator
* Based in Ireland and eligible to work here
