Job Title: Business Development Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
* Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request.
* Coordinate with operations and finance teams to manage the full order lifecycle, from purchase order receipt to dispatch.
* Log all customer interactions in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 13 years experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (B2B environment preferred).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with CRM systems (Odoo or similar).
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with solar products or renewable energy sector is an advantage.
