Your key responsibilities will include:
* Voter recruitment & management: Oversee the recruitment and management process for volunteers, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes.
* Voter development & support: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a nationwide network of volunteers, providing ongoing support and engagement.
* Program delivery support: Manage the withdraw or retire process from programs, assessing applicants and streamlining processes for efficiency.
* Administration & compliance: Maintain accurate volunteer records, manage inventory of supplies and ensure all volunteer activities comply with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
