Catering Department Manager
We are seeking an experienced Catering Department Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the catering department, ensuring that high-quality meals are provided to patients and staff on campus. They will also be responsible for strategically managing, coordinating and developing the catering services to meet the needs of all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the catering department's daily operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
* Oversee the catering team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of catering services.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, expenses, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar catering management role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
