Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in our office.
This role involves ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative assistance to management. The successful candidate will have experience in payroll processing, financial administration, and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Administration: Accurately process employee salaries, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and maintain accurate payroll records.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety documentation is current, maintain compliance records, and organise regular training sessions.
* Debtors & Creditors Management: Maintain precise records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances efficiently.
* General Office Administration: Manage correspondence, telephone enquiries, email communication, and maintain company records accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in payroll processing and financial administration.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the workplace.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
