Maintenance Team Lead
This exceptional opportunity is for a seasoned professional to oversee critical shift operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a skilled team of operators. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize production downtime
* Maintaining accurate maintenance and operational records
* Leading and supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and system efficiency
* Managing and coaching shift teams to meet key performance metrics
* Identifying team development needs and fostering a culture of growth and accountability
* Overseeing training compliance to meet ISO standards
* Ensuring adherence to 6S standards promoting a safe, efficient, and clean working environment
* Collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence
As a Maintenance Team Lead, you will possess:
* A degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering systems
* Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment

Shift Pattern:
This role follows a continental 12-hour shift (7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM), rotating between Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday in weeks 1 and 3, and Wednesday, Thursday in weeks 2 and 4.
