A renowned market leader in high-performance windows and doors solutions is seeking a motivated Commercial Administrator to join their forward-thinking team. This position offers the chance to play a pivotal administrative role within commercial construction projects nationwide, working directly alongside the Contracts Manager. The Commercial Administrator will provide essential support for the delivery and management of large-scale building projects. This role facilitates smooth communication between site management and internal teams while ensuring documentation and logistics processes are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities
 * Coordinate and assist with the administration of commercial construction projects across Ireland.
 * Serve as a liaison between the ordering team and site managers to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
 * Handle incoming enquiries from commercial sites, efficiently determining and actioning next steps.
 * Review weekly fitters' invoices, confirming all work is officially signed off by main contractors.
 * Set up new projects using the Fieldview project management system.
 * Upload and calibrate technical drawings and project documentation for effective use onsite.
 * Download, manage, and share weekly installation sheets with main contractors to ensure sign-off on all ongoing works.
 * Participate in a variety of additional engaging administrative tasks as needed to support project delivery.
Requirements
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and confidence in using a range of IT systems.
 * Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
 * Ability to remain organised and effective under pressure in a dynamic environment.
 * Prior administrative experience in the construction sector is highly desirable.
 * Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational ability.
