Job Title Senior Site Manager Job Location South Tipperary Salary €75,000 - €85,000 with Vehicle & Fuel Sector Commercial & Residential The Role Managing day to day running of construction site Working in a multi-functionary team environment Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures Attending meetings on a weekly basis Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities Assisting with the control of equipment on site Maintaining quality control checks Job Requirements Degree or similar level qualification 4+ years' experience in construction industry is essential. Commercial and/or residential experience Excellent communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
